The moderators of this forum will try hard to edit or remove
reprehensible messages as soon as possible. However, it is impossible
for them to review all the messages. You thus admit that all the
messages posted on this forum express the sight and opinion of their
respective authors and not those of the moderators or the Webmaster
(except messages posted by them) and consequently, they cannot be held
responsible of the discussions.

This forum uses cookies to store information on your computer. These
cookies will not contain any personal information; they are only used to
improve comfort while browsing. The address e-mail is only used in
order to confirm the details of your registration as your password (and
also to send you back your password if you forget it).


Listed below are a set of rules that must be followed by any and all people

registering for this website. Failure to comply will result in one of the
following things in order: Warning, Infraction, Suspension, Account Ban, and
Permanent Ban. The site owner and staff reserve the right to skip any
punishment in the order and go straight to another depending on their
availability. I.e. Skip the warning phase and go straight to Infraction. You
will only be allowed up to two warnings before an infraction is given for any
act. Two Infractions will result in a suspension, and every infraction
afterward will result in suspension (time of suspensions will be debated and
decided by the staff). Five infractions will positively result in an
account ban.Repeated disobeying of the rules will result in an I.P. Ban
from both the site and any games that this site offers.


-Any message that can be seen as aggressive, slanderous,


harassing, illegal, or unwanted advertising must not be posted, private
messaged, and/or Emailed to other users as decided by site owner and
staff. Any proof sent to the site owner and/or staff will be considered.


-You may not provide links to other sites in any way masked.


You will also give credit and a small explanation of what is on the site that
has been linked to an extent that the other user may decide whether or not
he/she wants to visit it.


-You may not provide links to, but not limited to,


Pornography sites, Illegal sites, Hacker sites, or any other site that is
considered unwanted by the site owner or staff.


-You may not use any language that is considered offensive


to others, whether it be cursing, racism, sexism, or use of any terms that are considered offensive by the site owner and staff.


-You will show respect for other users, whether it be


respecting them as a person, their sexuality, their nationality, or anything
about them. You will be punished if a staff member or the site owner deems that you have violated this agreement.


-Falsely reporting an innocent user or staff member will


result in an account ban.


Internet is neither an anonymous space, nor a space of no-right!


We reserve ourselves the possibility of informing your access provider
and/or the legal authorities of any malevolent behavior. An IP address
of each poster is recorded in order to help us to make you respect these
conditions.




Additional notes:


-Please note that this is an English based site. We would
like you to not only use English, but also use it correctly, as it is hard for
others to understand what you are saying if you cannot convey your message in a clear, and concise manner.


-Please report misconduct within the site to any available


staff member. We will not tolerate any corruption within the staff and will
investigate your evidence as soon as we are able.


-If any staff break these rules on a repeated basis, the


site owner holds the right to strip any staff member of any staff powers and/or
privileges or even ban the individual.

forbidden from accessing our server and our website. Doing so would be a direct
violation of the Information Privacy Laws, and could possibly have legal
repercussions.

By playing on this server and visiting our website, you agree to not supply


MAIET Entertainment, Inc., its partners, affiliates, etc. and anyone wishing to
supply said parties with information about our server and our site. Doing so is
grounds for immediate expulsion from the server and site.

# Respect the Staff, your fellow players.
This is a game, everyone plays here to have fun, please try to make
Freestyle GunZ a fun experience for all members of our Community
# Cheating to gain an unfair advantage by using third party programs,
exploiting client or game mechanics or exploiting database or other
bugs is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated.
# If you find a bug that gives players an unfair advantage, please
immediately report the issue to Crying gunz Staff Members so that it can be
solved.


* CG Staff will never ask for your in-game account details, including your password, do not give these out.
* You are responsible for all actions taken on your account, do not
lend or give your account or account details to anyone else.
* Adding Staff members to any instant messaging service is a
privilege. Do not abuse this privilege by asking or requesting for staff
positions, items, or any type of modification to your game character.

In-game Code Of Conduct

# Racial and sexual abuse, slurs and inappropriate comments are strictly forbidden.
# Spamming (undesired, unsolicited bulk messages, repeating
the same word or sentence many times to get attention or to interfere
with normal operations)
# Flaming (messages that are deliberately hostile and insulting)
# Using CAPS, do not type all in capitals (does not include proper
composition or valid acronym use eg: SSC, BT, BWL are allowed)
# Changing the color or your text so that it appears different to other players (this includes linkable tags)
# Faking tag (or other tags not suitable for players)
# Asking or begging GMs for free stuff.
# Asking or begging other players for free stuff - do NOT beg anyone for things.
# Using any language other than English (Only when speaking to a staff
member. If you do not speak any English then try to find someone to help
translate)
# Talking about or sharing any type of cheat or exploit.
# Spamming or continuous discussions about cheaters, take a Screen Shot and report them.
# Settling disputes in open areas.
# General inappropriate religious, racial, nonsense, inappropriate
humor, spam or garbage conversations which the entire server does not
have interest in and should not need to hear.


Game Playing Rules!




# Exploiting bugs or cheating of any kind to gain an unfair advantage in the game.

# Killing a player for "free" several times. (Swapping)
# File Edittings, this involved editting certain files on our servers which enables exploits(MRS Editing).
# Using third-party programs that give you an unreasonable advantage over other players
Like Hacks or other uses.
# All Character names must comply with Character Name Policy
# Clan/Guild names that do not comply with the same Character Name Policy
# Clan/Guild names that suggest a connection with the Staff at any level (particularly GM)
# Any cheat, method or way to attempt to increase or bug your or your weapon,item etc. damage.
# Any cheat, method or way to attempt to increase or bug your or your Hit Points, AP Points or other stats.
# Exploiting game mechanics to make mobs not attack you
